| “When I am traveling in a carriage, or walking after a good meal, or during the night when I cannot sleep; it is on such occasions that ideas flow best and most abundantly."
Mozart is so cool.
So are Beethoven and Haydn.
I'm studying classic composers and their music right now in one of my classes.
i am
fascinated by them.
i wish
i could put an audio clip of each of them on here so you could listen too.
if you get a chance, listen to Haydn's Suprise Symphony, which is hilarious. makes me chuckle everytime.
and
Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, which is sad, but somehow incredibly moving.
and
Mozart's Night Music, all three operations, which will make you feel ridiculously grand, and smart.
also, although i didn't hear this in class,
Strauss the second's Tritsch Tratsch Polka. it is just awesome. their are no other words to describe it.

| Why hello, xanga!
It's been such a long time since I have posted on here.
Like the new look? It's very simple, Audrey Hepburn(ish) with a bit of light-turquoise-thrown-in.
And Peter Pan is my very favorite. Flying is wonderful.
I want to write. I miss writing. C r e a t i v i t y
is good!
Here are a few things that I love:
books by Mark Buchanan,
the insides of pianos,
and,
finding inspiration everywhere.
p.s.
The face I'm making in my profile picture is my....................flying face.

| i really like making up titles for posts.
the thing is, it took me an entire minute to decide whether or not i wanted an exclamation point in front of the word "oh" or if i should just leave it plain. yep, i sat for a whole minute and mulled that over. then i decided the "oh" would look too lonesome all on it's own.
do any of you ever get caught up in small, insignificant details like that? sometimes i do.
today i carved a watermelon and made some beans. i stayed in my pajamas until three o'clock. i also watched Big Fish. that is one good movie!
i am in such a wacky mood right now! weird.
